You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk265 account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pk265 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. pk265 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by pk265 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
All transactions on pk265 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk265 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency deposits, or payments made on behalf of a third party.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your pk265 wallet instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours to reflect in your account balance. pk265 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
